FRNKZ (pronounced “Frankz”) is the alias of Franco Mendez — software engineer by day, DJ by night. His sound brings pure groove and energy, whether it’s through a remix of a well-known banger or a dark underground track, driving low-end and high-energy peaks built for the dancefloor.
Still early in the journey, but already behind the decks at clubs and on festival stages — learning from the artists he admires and chasing the same thing every set: total immersion in the music.

The challenge: take hard trance, hard bounce and a touch of hard techno to 150 BPM — and make it land even for people who don’t normally listen to these styles. The formula: blend the fast, high-energy sound I love with recognizable remixes and vocals everyone could connect with.

Picked up from a progressive set and warmed the room with melodic, vocal-driven house before building into peak-time tech house — well-known remixes that had the whole bar singing along.
